Lazonby swimming pool is open from May to September.
Swimming Sessions
We have a range of swimming sessions available.
- Public sessions are open to all. Sometimes you can just turn-up and pay on the door or show your season ticket, but on sunny days it may be wise to pre-book to avoid disappointment. (Our insurance limits the number of swimmers to 60.)
- All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied in the water and changing areas by a parent or adult, during public and private sessions.
- Adult only lane swims are available to adult season ticket holders, and family season ticket holders who have paid the adult surcharge and can be booked here.
- Sunday breakfast swims will normally run on 2 Sundays a month between 9am and 11am, where our kiosk will be open to cook a selection of hot rolls. The full timetable can be viewed on our events calendar or our facebook page.

On certain days during term time the pool will be unavailable for Adult Swims after 9.00am due to school swimming lessons.

Entry Requirements
For your safety, we have strict adult to child supervision ratios in line with national guidance whilst children are in the water.
Under 3 and non-swimmers: 1 adult to 1 child
3 to 5 years old: 1 adult to 2 children
7 to 11 years old (with swim aids): 1 adult to 3 children
When the pool is particularly busy these ratios may be reduced as the lifeguard deems necessary.
