Our heated outdoor swimming pool, welcoming visitors from near and far since 1964, is situated in the heart of the stunningly beautiful Eden Valley on the banks of the River Eden. The pool sits on the outskirts of Lazonby village, a 5 minute walk from Lazonby & Kirkoswald train station or a short drive from Penrith, Carlisle and the Lake District.
Our adjoining campsite is ideally situated for those who want to explore a little further afield. The peaceful site is surrounded by fields and woodland, with picturesque views across the Eden valley to the Pennines. Featuring 10 pitches with electric hook-ups, shower facilities and an adjoining playground the site is a 2 minute walk from the swimming pool.
Our kiosk has a range of snacks, ice creams, hot and cold drinks and a covered seating area.

Lazonby outdoor swimming pool is a 17m x 8m heated pool (24ºC) plus toddler pool, and a fountain. Depth: 1.0 m – shallow end; 2.2 m – deep end.
The Pool has:
- A team of fully qualified lifeguards

- Picnic area and big grassed area for games
- Kiosk – open for snacks, drinks and ice-creams but no hot food
